Configuring the RTX User Level Debugger

A minimal amount of setup should be done before locally debugging an RTSS process using Visual Studio.

Set RTX debug properties to User level debugging

Steps:

  1. Open the RTX Properties control panel by clicking:

Start > Programs > IntervalZero > RTX 2016 > RTX Properties.

  1. On the Debug tab, ensure that User level debugging is set. This is enabled by default

  1. Click OK or Apply.
  2. If the RTX Subsytem is running it will need to be restarted.
