Starvation Timeouts

Windows starvation timeout is monitored per processor but, if a starvation occurs, it affects all RTSS processors. For example, if you have three RTSS processors and a starvation happens on Processor 2, all processors (1, 2, and 3) will be frozen.

NOTE: Windows and RTSS do not share a processor, so the Yield to Windows option is not recommended.
