Real-time Subsystem
The Real-time Subsystem (RTSS) provides a priority based preemptive scheduler that is Symmetric-Multiprocessor aware. This allows for scheduling of RTSS threads across all dedicated RTSS processors, while still allowing access to Windows processes running on other processors.
