Layering a Third-Party Vision Library on RTX64 Vision

The Real-Time GigEVision (RTGV) APIs (RTX64 Vision SDK only) can be used in a Third-Party vision library to discover cameras, query their settings, and acquire their images.  See the RtGigEVision sample for an example of how to use these APIs.
