You can access the Windows Device Manager directly from RTX64 Control Panel. Use the device manager to convert ownership of PCI/PCIe devices from Windows control to RTX64 control.

To open this page in the Control Panel:
- In the Start menu, navigate to RTX64 4.5 Runtime and click RTX64 Control Panel.
- Click Manage RTX64 devices.
