Displays information about the currently installed versions of the wRTOS SDK, as well as the version of the wRTOS Runtime found in the dump file.

Remarks
The version displayed in the output is in the format W.X.Y.ZZZZ, where:
- W = the major version
- X = the Service Pack number (0 if no Service Pack)
- Y = the Update number (0 if no Update)
- ZZZZ = the four-digit build number
