Relationship to Win32 Clocks

The wRTOS clocks are updated by services provided in the real-time HAL extension. The wRTOS clocks are synchronized with the wRTOS timer services. However, the wRTOS clocks are not synchronized with the Windows system clock or the battery-backed time-of-day clock.
