If the TCP/IP Stack is not running, the network utilities will fail to start, and RtssRun will generate this error message: File failed to load and start as an RTSS process. If the wRTOS Subsystem is stopped and an application linked to the TCP/IP Stack is started, both the Subsystem and Stack will start.
