The function RtcplSetTCPIPINIFile specifies the INI file to use to configure RT-TCP/IP.

Parameters
Buffer
The full path to the RT-TCP/IP INI file to use.
Return Values
A non-zero value if the function succeeds
Remarks
This configuration change requires a restart of the RT-TCP/IP stack.
