Manually Starting and Stopping RTX

You can use the Control tab to manually start and stop RTX.

To manually start and stop RTX:

1. Open the RTX Properties Control Panel and click the Control tab.
2. Check the status of the RTX drivers:

• If the RTSS drivers and services are not currently started, their status appears as Stopped.
• If the RTSS drivers and services are currently running, their status appears as Running.

3. Click Start to start RTX or Stop to stop RTX.

NOTE:  The Start button is disabled when RTX is not activated. For information on activating your copy of RTX, see RTX Activation.
