Displays information about the currently installed versions of the RTX64 SDK, as well as the version of the RTX64 Runtime found in the dump file.

Remarks
The version displayed in the output is in the format W.X.Y.ZZZZ, where:
- W = the major version
- X = the Service Pack number (0 if no Service Pack)
- Y = the Update number (0 if no Update)
- ZZZZ = the four-digit build number
