RTX64 provides processing and networking capability through an RT-TCP/IP protocol stack within the RTSS environment. In order to maximize portability between RTX64 and Windows, RTX64 provides an API that conforms to a subset of the functions defined in the Windows Sockets 2.0 (Winsock) specification for Windows. The driver source code for all the supported network cards are included in the RTX64 SDK as examples of developing Real-time Network Device (RTND) drivers.
