Activating Product Components

The RTX64 Activation and Configuration utility appears immediately after program installation for initial RTX64 product activation and system configuration. For information on first activation, see the RTX64 Runtime Install Guide. This topic walks you through the steps required to activate additional components to an existing license.

As additional RTX64 components are purchased you can activate additional features through the RTX64 Activation and Configuration utility. You can activate and lock your product to a specific machine or to an IntervalZero-provided small form factor dongle.

NOTE: RTSS/RTDLL applications will not run if the system clock on your machine is changed by more than 25 hours into the past, even if the clock is reset to the present after being more than 25 hours in the future. If this happens, the resolution is to set the clock to the correct time, reboot the system, and wait 30 minutes. If this does not help, contact IntervalZero Support for assistance.
