RTX64 Vision provides functionality for controlling GigE Vision Cameras within the RTX64 environment.  It also allows you to discover cameras on the network, query different camera configuration settings (such as image width, height, pixel formats, etc.), and to acquire image data from them as well. 

To do this, RTX64 Vision utilizes the GenICam GenAPI to read in the Camera Description File, and the GigE protocols to control the camera and receive image data from it.  A 3^rd party vision library, such as OpenCV, can be layered on top of RTX64 Vision to provide all of the functionality within that library.  Finally, RtVision provides a communication library for passing images between RTSS and Windows, which can be used to perform tasks that are more easily done in the Windows environment, such as displaying captured images in a GUI.
