Support
On the Support page in wRTOS Settings, you can configure default Analyzer behavior, export and import settings configurations, and access wRTOS resources.

Analyze System Information
Under Analyze system information, you can set the default save location for Analyzer output files, specify a level of output, and optionally configure the Subsystem to start when collecting information.
Output location
Set the save location for Analyzer output files. By default, Analyzer output files are saved to the desktop.
To change this setting:
Enter a file path in the text box or Browse for a location.
Level of output
You can choose how much information to include in the Analyzer output file.
To change this setting:
Choose an option from the drop-down:
- Minimal: Output includes:
- A history of all previous wRTOS installs, uninstalls, and upgrades
- Operating system information (output of the Windows command systeminfo.exe)
- Windows activation status (no other activation information is collected)
- Real-time Subsystem configuration
- Information about the installed wRTOS components, including RTSS, NL2 (Network Link Layer), TCP/IP, E-CAT, and Tool components
- Windows Boot Configuration Database (BCD) information (requires wRTOS Analyzer to run as administrator)
- Secure Boot configuration
- Version information about installed wRTOS products and components, including the contents of the wRTOS license file
- Component status
- Normal: Output includes all the information collected in the Minimal output, plus the following:
- CPU feature support
- Installed programs
- Installed Visual Studio versions and VSIX extensions
- Installed Windows updates
- Installed .NET versions
- Device information
- SRTM (System Response Timer Measurement) data (not collected when /nostart is set or the real-time Subsystem is not installed, licensed, or configured)
- Information about scheduled Windows tasks
- Information about standard Windows security features (requires wRTOS Analyzer to run as administrator)
- Information about certificates in the Windows Certificate Store
- Device Guard configuration
- Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS) version information
- Non-Uniform Memory Access (NUMA) information (if in use)
- Verbose: Output includes all the information collected in the Minimal and Normal outputs, plus detailed information on hardware and background processes (MSInfo32).
Start the Subsystem when collecting information
By default, the wRTOS Subsystem starts when Analyzer collects system information.
To change this setting:
Do one of the following:
- Set the toggle switch to ON (default) to start the Subsystem when Analyzer collects information.
- Set the toggle switch to OFF to avoid starting the Subsystem when Analyzer collects information.
Run Analyzer
Click Run Analyzer to run wRTOS Analyzer. See Running Analyzer for more information.

Reset All Settings
To reset all wRTOS Settings to factory defaults, click Reset All Settings and approve the reset in the confirmation dialog that appears. Note that this action cannot be undone.
